So whats the Difference?
Kick Fit™ is designed to assist you to motivate yourself by focusing on aspects of the mind, which other exercise classes do not. Changes are also introduced to reduce the boredom of doing the same thing week in and week out. Kick Fit™ does not have ‘dance’ type movements to learn. You will learn the exercises within a very short period of time, and after a while they will become second nature to you. The exercises involved in each class focus mainly on the areas you want to work. If doing buttock work for example, the relevant muscles are isolated and you get 100% benefit from the exercises. You will be personally advised to work within your own achievable limits and not someone else’s. This ensures your specific needs are met and you are not over-stretched during the initial training period.
